Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus orders may take 7-14 business days process and ship.

Process of Order

All packages ship via USPS. The processing time for orders takes 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 business days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?

USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER (OUTSIDE USA.) DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
All packages are shipped via USPS. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Manifest Ur Dreams.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Returns/Exchanges(if applicable)

All sales are final, however we will try to accommodate exchanges and honor any mistakes on our behalf. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
